Description

ENFit Safety Connector: Features the purple, threaded ISO 80369-3 compliant tip. This provides a secure, leak-proof lock with ENFit feeding tubes and extension sets while physically preventing connection to non-enteral systems like IV ports.
Low Dose Tip (LDT) Accuracy: Engineered to minimize dead space at the tip, ensuring that even very small, precise doses of medication (common in neonatal care) are delivered accurately.
Eccentric (Off-Center) Tip: The tip is positioned at the edge of the barrel. When used in a horizontally oriented syringe pump, this design delivers the nutrient-dense lipids (fats) first, as they naturally float to the top of the barrel.
Self-Righting Tip Cap: Each syringe is individually packaged with a NeoSecure plugged tip cap. The cap is weighted to stand upright on a flat surface, allowing for hands-free, aseptic attachment to maintain sterility during preparation.
