Key Features
Calibrated Individual Chamber Pressure: This is the defining feature of the 4008-DL. It allows you to program the exact pressure for each of the 8 chambers independently. This is essential for patients with localized pain or ulcers who need lower pressure on a specific spot while maintaining therapeutic pressure elsewhere.
Pre-Therapy Mode: A specialized setting that inflates the chambers closest to the torso (chambers 6, 7, and 8) for 10 minutes before starting the full cycle. This "primes" the lymphatic pathways near the core to make room for fluid being pushed up from the hand or foot.
Touch Screen LCD Display: Features a modern digital interface for navigating settings, adjusting pressures, and setting timers, replacing the physical buttons found on simpler models.
Focus Therapy: Concentrates treatment on a specific area by doubling the inflation time of three adjacent chambers for the first 10 minutes of the session, helping to break up stubborn or fibrotic tissue.
Bilateral Capability: The pump has dual ports, allowing it to treat two limbs at the same time (e.g., both legs or both arms) without requiring a separate adapter.
