The Complete ALS Trainer with Leg Assembly and Carry Bag, model 101-080FB, is a full-body manikin designed for advanced life support (ALS) and paramedic training. This manikin is an all-in-one training solution that provides a wide range of features to simulate complex medical scenarios.

Full-Body Articulation: Unlike torso-only manikins, this model includes articulated legs, which allows for training in patient handling, extrication, and transport. The manikin is approximately 5 ft. 5" tall and weighs around 57 lbs.
Comprehensive Airway Management: The trainer contains anatomically correct features of the human airway, including teeth, uvula, vocal cords, epiglottis, larynx, and trachea. It is designed for realistic practice of both oral and nasal intubation, bag-valve mask ventilation, and the delivery of supplemental oxygen. The airway is also compatible with a variety of advanced airway devices, such as Combitube®, E.O.A., and L.M.A.
Realistic CPR Training: The manikin has a realistic sternum, rib cage, and substernal notch for practicing proper hand placement for chest compressions. It also features a palpable carotid pulse, which is controlled by a squeeze bulb.
Interactive ECG Simulator: A key feature of this advanced trainer is its Interactive ECG Simulator. This device can recreate 17 adult heart rhythms and 17 pediatric rhythms, allowing students to practice rhythm recognition, pacing, and cardioversion with manual, semi-automatic, or automatic defibrillation.
Injection and IV Sites: The manikin's hands and arms are equipped with IV sites for practicing venipuncture, and it also includes an intramuscular injection site.
Jaw Thrust Capability: The head and neck are designed to allow for the jaw thrust maneuver, which is crucial for managing the airway in patients with suspected spinal injuries.
