Description
Features of the Cook Arndt Emergency Cricothyrotomy Catheter Set:
- Used for emergency airway access when intubation and ventilation cannot be performed.
- Airway access is achieved using percutaneous entry (Seldinger) via the cricothyroid membrane.
- Subsequent dilation of the tract and tracheal entrance site permits passage of the emergency airway.
- Catheter is coil reinforced and kink resistant, and has a standard 15 mm connector and Luer lock.
