Description
This is the standard adult-length, small-bore version of the CORFLO* non-weighted series. It includes an integrated stylet and utilizes the ENFit safety connector. It is frequently chosen for adult patients who require long-term gastric access and have higher comfort needs, as the 8 French diameter is thinner and less intrusive than 10 or 12 French alternatives.

8 French Small-Bore: The narrow diameter provides increased patient comfort and reduces nasal irritation, making it ideal for patients who are conscious or require long-term enteral support.
Non-Weighted (Clear) Tip: The absence of a tungsten bolus makes the tube lighter. The clear tip allows for visual confirmation of the tube's cleanliness and helps ensure no medication residue is trapped in the distal bolus.
Integrated Flow-Through Stylet: Features a braided stainless steel stylet that provides the rigidity necessary for a controlled, successful insertion. The "flow-through" feature allows clinicians to aspirate gastric contents to check pH or perform air insufflation without removing the wire.
ENFit Safety Connector: Equipped with the purple ISO-standard connector. This ensures the tube can only connect to enteral-specific administration sets, eliminating the risk of accidental connection to IV lines or other non-enteral systems.
ULTRA-LITE* Polyurethane: Stronger and more kink-resistant than silicone. This medical-grade material allows for a larger internal lumen relative to the 8 Fr size, which maximizes formula flow and reduces clogging risks.
Anti-Clog Technology: Features the ULTRA* anti-clog bolus at the tip. The exit port is slightly larger than the internal diameter of the tube to prevent formula fats and medication solids from accumulating.
