Description
This model is the extra-long, small-bore version of the CORFLO* series, specifically designed for post-pyloric (small bowel) feeding in adult or adolescent patients. It is a non-weighted (clear tip) tube that includes an integrated stylet and utilizes the ENFit safety connector.

Extra-Long 55-inch Reach: The 140 cm length is essential for reaching the duodenum or jejunum. This is typically used for patients with gastric motility issues (gastroparesis) or those at high risk for aspiration who require feeding directly into the small intestine.
8 French Small-Bore: The narrow diameter is designed to maximize patient comfort and reduce nasal irritation during the transit through the upper GI tract.
Non-Weighted (Clear) Tip: Unlike some post-pyloric tubes that use weights to help the tube "sink" past the stomach, this version is non-weighted. It is preferred when the tube is being placed under active guidance (such as fluoroscopy or endoscopy).
Integrated Flow-Through Stylet: Includes a braided stainless steel stylet to provide the necessary rigidity to navigate the pylorus. The "flow-through" feature allows clinicians to aspirate fluid or insufflate air to verify placement without removing the wire.
