Description

8 French Small-Bore: Designed to minimize nasal irritation and maximize patient comfort, especially during long-term use. While thinner than 10 or 12 Fr tubes, it is still robust enough for most standard nutritional formulas.
Integrated Insertion Stylet: Includes a pre-inserted stainless steel guide wire that provides the necessary rigidity for a controlled, accurate placement through the nasal passage into the stomach. The stylet is removed and discarded once placement is confirmed.
36-inch Length: A specialized length for pediatric or smaller adult patients. It provides sufficient reach for gastric placement without the excessive external tubing of a standard 43-inch adult tube.
ENFit Safety Connector: Features the purple ISO 80369-3 standard connector. This critical safety design ensures the tube is incompatible with IV equipment, preventing accidental and potentially fatal tubing misconnections.
