Description

6 French Ultra-Thin Diameter: Specifically designed for pediatric patients. This small diameter allows the extension tube to pass through a PEG tube while remaining flexible and comfortable for the patient.
1.5-Gram Tungsten Weight: Features a lightweight distal bolus that helps anchor the tube in the jejunum. The weight is scaled for pediatric anatomy to assist peristalsis in maintaining position without being overly heavy.
Endoscopic (Grip-Tip) Placement: The distal tip is designed to be easily grasped by endoscopic snares or forceps. This allows the clinician to "pull" the tube through the pylorus and into the correct position in the small bowel.
ENFit® Safety Connector: Equipped with the purple ISO-standard ENFit® connector to ensure the tube is only compatible with enteral feeding sets, eliminating the risk of accidental IV connection.
Locking PEG-J Adapter: Includes a specialized connector that secures the 6 Fr extension into the 20 Fr PEG tube, preventing the extension from migrating or leaking.
ULTRA-LITE* Polyurethane: Stronger than silicone, this material resists bacterial colonization and degradation from gastric acid. Its strength allows for thinner walls and a larger internal lumen relative to the 6 Fr size.
Radiopaque and Marked: The tube is fully visible under X-ray and includes centimeter markings to allow clinical staff to monitor for any tube migration at the bedside.
