Description

Polyurethane Construction: Polyurethane is stronger than silicone, allowing the tube walls to be thinner. This results in a larger internal diameter, which helps prevent clogging and improves flow rates.
Conical Internal Bolster: Features a flexible, "bumper" style internal bolster that secures the tube against the stomach wall. It is designed to be collapsible enough for future removal while remaining firm enough to prevent accidental pull-outs.
Adjustable External Bolster: Includes a "Meatal" or "Ring" style external bolster that slides down to the skin level to secure the tube without the need for sutures.
Radiopaque Stripe and Tip: The entire tube and the internal bolster are radiopaque, making them clearly visible under X-ray for placement verification.
Centimeter Markings: The exterior of the tube is marked with depth increments, allowing clinicians to monitor for tube migration or "buried bumper syndrome."
