Description

16 French Diameter: Provides a balance between patient comfort and a functional internal lumen. The polyurethane material allows for thinner walls than silicone, maximizing the flow of nutrition and reducing the risk of clogging.
Ring Retention Bumper: Features a circular "ring" style internal bumper. This design offers high-security internal fixation, making it much harder to accidentally displace than conical or balloon-style bumpers.
PULL Placement Method: Designed for the standard "Pull" technique. A looped wire is passed endoscopically through the abdominal wall and out the mouth; the tube is then attached to this wire and pulled down through the esophagus and into position against the stomach wall.
Endoscopic Removal Required: Because the Ring Bumper is designed for high retention and is not collapsible by traction, the tube typically requires a secondary endoscopic procedure for removal (where the bumper is cut or snared).
ULTRA-LITE* Polyurethane: Medical-grade, radiopaque material that is stronger and more durable than silicone. It resists bacterial colonization and degradation from gastric acid, often leading to a longer functional life.
