Description

12 French Large-Bore Diameter: The widest standard diameter for small-bore tubes, providing a larger internal lumen that is highly resistant to clogging from thick formulas or crushed medications.
7-Gram Tungsten Weight: A medium-heavy distal weight designed to utilize peristalsis to help "pull" the tube past the stomach and into the small intestine.
Integrated Insertion Stylet: Includes a pre-inserted stainless steel guide wire that provides the necessary column strength for a controlled insertion; it is removed once placement is confirmed.
Universal / Legacy Connector: Features the legacy stepped ("Christmas tree") connector. (Note: The ENFit® safety version of this tube is typically part number 40-4432).
ULTRA-LITE* Polyurethane: Medical-grade, radiopaque material that is stronger and more durable than silicone, allowing for a larger internal diameter relative to its size.
