The Avanos 60217 is a CB-X™ II Dual-Ended Cleaning Brush. Unlike the previous models, the "CB-X II" designation indicates a double-ended configuration, designed to provide more efficient and comprehensive cleaning of endoscopes in a single pass.

Dual-Ended Design: Features brushes on both ends of the catheter. This allows a technician to clean the biopsy channel and the valve seats/ports using the same tool without needing to switch devices.
4 mm Bristle Diameter: This specific model uses 4 mm bristles, making it ideal for the narrower channels found in bronchoscopes or pediatric gastrointestinal scopes.
Cable-Assisted Flexibility: The polypropylene catheter is reinforced with an internal cable and a flexible distal tip, allowing it to navigate the tight internal anatomy of an endoscope without causing friction damage to the channel walls.
Efficient Debris Removal: Equipped with 14 rows of durable nylon bristles on each end to maximize the mechanical removal of biofilm and organic residue.
