    This is the only bandage for wound care that I can use next to damaged skin. Every 6 to 8 months I break out in sometimes ulcerous wounds. Anything that has a stretch ability irritates my skin when this occurs. I'm allergic to whatever is used to cause other bandages to stretch. Only cotton is OK for me. I am from Canada, and I tried to get it here. However, the only place that I could obtain it was in the USA and the only brand that makes it is Dukal. Thank you.
