The Avanos 0121-12 is a MIC-KEY Continuous Feed Extension Set*. This is a critical accessory used with the low-profile MIC-KEY* Gastrostomy (G), Jejunal (J), and Transgastric-Jejunal (GJ) feeding tubes, allowing for the connection between the patient's "button" and the feeding source.

This model is a standard Non-ENFit version, featuring a right-angle connector and a 2-port "Y" adapter.
