Jackson #5 trach
I'm allergic to silicone and couldn't wear a typical Shiley trach. This Jackson stainless steel is perfect for me. The last one I used lasted almost 10 years but it finally wore out and the turn knob made it so the inner cannula would fall out. I'll definitely keep buying a Jackson because they are durable and very easy to clean. I also like the low profile. I keep mine attached with a stainless chain and a lot of people don't even know it's not jewelry (well, until I have to cover it so I can talk). Great product!
