The 10226 is an Avanos MIC Gastric-Jejunal (G-J) Feeding Tube** (Replacement Tube). Unlike the introducer kits we previously discussed, this is the actual silicone feeding tube used for patients who require simultaneous gastric decompression and jejunal feeding.
This specific model is a 22 French tube with a 45 cm jejunal length, featuring ENFit connectors*.

Dual Port Functionality: Designed for patients who cannot tolerate gastric feeding. It allows for "venting" or decompression of the stomach via the gastric port while delivering nutrition directly into the small intestine via the jejunal port.
Large 22 Fr Outer Diameter: The larger French size provides a wider gastric lumen for more efficient decompression and reduced risk of clogging.
Jejunal Length: Features a 45 cm jejunal portion (measured from the gastric bolster to the tip), which is the standard length for reaching the appropriate depth in the small bowel.
