The 8100-18 is the product code for the Avanos MIC Jejunal (J) Feeding Tube* in an 18 French size.
Unlike the "G-E" tubes that have two ports (one for the stomach and one for the intestine), the 8100-18 is a single-lumen device. It is designed for patients who require nutrition delivered directly into the jejunum (the middle segment of the small intestine) through a dedicated surgical or endoscopic stoma.
