The Avanos 0100-26 is a MIC* Gastrostomy (G) Feeding Tube. It is a traditional-length (long) tube designed for patients who require long-term enteral nutrition, medication delivery, or gastric decompression directly into the stomach.
At 26 French, this is a large-bore tube. It is typically selected for adult patients who require high-volume feeding, the delivery of thick (high-viscosity) formulas, or for those who need efficient gastric drainage.
