Simultaneous Gastric/Jejunal Access: This "two-in-one" design allows you to vent the stomach (release gas or drainage) through the Gastric port while simultaneously providing continuous nutrition through the Jejunal port.
Tungsten-Weighted Jejunal Tip: The end of the 22 cm jejunal segment is weighted with tungsten. This helps gravity and peristalsis keep the tube distal to the pylorus, preventing the tube from migrating back into the stomach.
Independent Anti-Reflux Valves: Both ports feature internal valves that close automatically when extension sets are removed, preventing the messy backflow of stomach acid or formula.
Color-Coded and Labeled Ports: To prevent administration errors, the ports are clearly labeled "Gastric" and "Jejunal." They are designed to only fit the appropriate SECUR-LOK* extension sets.
