Description

Maximum Jejunal Reach: At 45 cm, this is the longest jejunal segment available. It is specifically used for taller patients or those whose anatomy requires the tip to be placed very deep to prevent the tube from "flipping" back into the stomach.
Simultaneous Dual Access:
- Gastric Port (White): Used for venting gas or draining stomach contents to prevent pressure and discomfort.
- Jejunal Port (Green): Used for delivering continuous enteral nutrition directly into the small intestine.
Tungsten-Weighted Tip: The distal tip of the 45 cm tail is weighted with tungsten. This weight helps the tube pass through the pylorus and stay in place within the jejunum by utilizing natural peristalsis.
Internal Anti-Reflux Valves: Both ports contain one-way valves that prevent the backflow of stomach acid or formula when the extension sets are disconnected.
Full-Length Radiopacity: A radiopaque stripe runs the entire length of the tube, from the button base to the 45 cm tip, allowing for non-invasive X-ray or fluoroscopic confirmation of placement.
