Simultaneous Dual Access: Features two distinct, labeled ports on a single low-profile base. The Gastric port (White) is used for venting air or draining stomach contents, while the Jejunal port (Green) is used for continuous feeding.
Tungsten-Weighted Tip: The end of the 30 cm jejunal segment is weighted with tungsten. This assists natural peristalsis in maintaining the tube’s position distal to the pylorus and reduces the risk of the tube migrating back into the stomach.
Internal Anti-Reflux Valves: Both ports contain internal one-way valves that prevent the backflow of stomach acid or formula when the extension sets are disconnected.
Full-Length Radiopacity: A radiopaque stripe runs the entire length of the tube, allowing clinicians to verify the exact location of the 30 cm tip using X-ray or fluoroscopy.
