The Avanos 0270-16-1.0-15 is a MIC-KEY* Low-Profile Gastric-Jejunal (G-J) Feeding Tube Kit. This specialized, single-unit device is designed for patients who require simultaneous gastric decompression (venting) and enteral nutrition delivered directly into the small intestine (jejunum).

This specific model is a pediatric/small-adult size, featuring a 16 French diameter, a very short 1.0 cm stoma length, and a 15 cm jejunal length.

  • Dual-Port Access: The external "button" bolster features two clearly labeled ports:

    • Jejunal Port: Used for feeding and medication delivery into the small intestine.

    • Gastric Port: Used to suction/vent gas or drain fluid from the stomach.
