The Avanos 0270-16-1.5-15 is a MIC-KEY* Low-Profile Gastric-Jejunal (G-J) Feeding Tube Kit. This specialized device is used for patients who require gastric decompression (venting the stomach) while simultaneously receiving nutrition directly into the small intestine (jejunum).

This configuration features a 16 French diameter, a 1.5 cm stoma length, and a 15 cm jejunal length. The 1.5 cm stoma length is a standard adult size, while the 15 cm jejunal segment is the shortest available for the 16 Fr series, typically used for pediatric patients or smaller adults to ensure the tip terminates correctly in the proximal jejunum.
