This configuration features a 16 French diameter, a 1.5 cm stoma length, and a 45 cm jejunal length. The 45 cm jejunal segment is one of the longest standard lengths available for the 16 Fr series, making it ideal for adult patients or taller children to ensure the tip reaches deep into the jejunum for stable placement and optimal nutrient absorption.
