The Avanos 0270-16-1.7-45 is a MIC-KEY* Low-Profile Gastric-Jejunal (G-J) Feeding Tube Kit. This specialized medical device is designed for patients who cannot tolerate gastric feeding and require nutrition delivered directly into the small intestine (jejunum), while simultaneously requiring access to the stomach for decompression (venting) or drainage.

This configuration features a 16 French diameter, a 1.7 cm stoma length, and a 45 cm jejunal length. The 45 cm segment is a common length for adult patients, ensuring the tip reaches deep enough into the jejunum to prevent it from migrating back into the stomach.
