The 8270-16-1.0-15 is the product code for the Avanos MIC-KEY Gastric-Jejunal (G-J) Low-Profile Feeding Tube*.
Unlike the previous "8230" (J-only) models you were asking about, the "8270" series is a dual-port tube. it allows for simultaneous gastric venting/decompression and jejunal feeding.

Key Features
Dual Access: Features two separate ports. The Gastric port is used to vent air or drain fluid from the stomach, while the Jejunal port is used for delivering nutrition and medication directly into the small bowel.
Tungsten Weighted Tip: Unlike the trimmable J-tubes, these G-J tubes have a pre-sized distal segment with a tungsten weight at the tip to help maintain its position within the jejunum and prevent migration back into the stomach.
