The 8270-18-2.0-45 is the longest-tail version of the Avanos MIC-KEY Gastric-Jejunal (G-J) Low-Profile Feeding Tube* with an 18 French diameter and a 2.0 cm stoma height.

Jejunal Length: 45 cm — The maximum standard length; used for patients who require the feeding tip to be placed very deep in the small bowel to prevent the tube from moving back into the stomach.
Balloon Volume: 7–10 ml — Inflatable silicone balloon serves as the internal retention bumper.
