The 8270-18-3.5-45 is a specialized, deep-stoma version of the Avanos MIC-KEY Gastric-Jejunal (G-J) Low-Profile Feeding Tube*.
It is designed for patients with significant abdominal wall thickness who require the maximum available jejunal reach to prevent the tube from migrating back into the stomach.
