The Avanos 0230-14-4.5 is a MIC-KEY* Low-Profile Jejunal (J) Feeding Tube Kit. This specialized enteral access device is designed for patients who require direct nutrition into the small intestine (jejunum), bypassing the stomach due to motility issues, severe reflux, or a high risk of aspiration.

The model number indicates a 14 French diameter and a 4.5 cm stoma length. This is currently the longest standard stoma length available in the MIC-KEY* J-tube line, specifically engineered for patients with significant abdominal wall thickness or those requiring extra clearance for localized edema.
