Description

The Avanos 0230-18-1.2 is a MIC-KEY* Low-Profile Jejunal (J) Feeding Tube Kit. This specialized device is used for patients who cannot tolerate gastric feeding and require a direct route for nutrition and medication into the small intestine (jejunum).

This model features an 18 French diameter and a 1.2 cm stoma length. The 18 Fr size is a robust diameter that allows for easier delivery of thicker formulas and reduces the likelihood of tube occlusion (clogging) compared to narrower 14 Fr models.
