The 7180-24 is the high-capacity 24 French version of the MIC* GJ Feeding Tube kit. This specialized device is used for the primary endoscopic placement of a tube that provides simultaneous access to both the stomach and the small intestine. At 24 Fr, it features the largest lumen available in the GJ series, providing superior gastric decompression and the most reliable jejunal feeding for adult patients.

  • Simultaneous Dual-Port Access: Features distinct ports for gastric and jejunal access. This allows for feeding into the jejunum while simultaneously venting, decompressing, or draining the stomach.

  • Maximum Lumen Diameter: The 24 Fr size is ideal for managing thicker gastric secretions and reducing the risk of clogging in the jejunal portion, which is common in long-pathway tubes.

  • Tapered Distal Tip: The jejunal portion of the tube is tapered to facilitate smooth advancement through the pylorus and into the jejunum during placement.
