  • 10 French Mid-Bore Diameter: A standard adult size that offers a reliable lumen for formula and medication delivery while remaining flexible for patient comfort.

  • 3-Gram Tungsten Weight: Features a light distal weight (often described as a "pill shape" bolus). This provides an anchor to help the tube stay in the gastric body or settle toward the pylorus without being as heavy as 7g or 10g intestinal tubes.

  • Integrated Insertion Stylet: Includes a pre-inserted stainless steel guide wire. The stylet is necessary to provide the "pushability" needed for a successful bedside insertion; it is removed once position is confirmed.

  • Universal / Legacy Connector: This model features the traditional stepped ("Christmas tree") connector.

  • ULTRA-LITE* Polyurethane: Stronger and more durable than silicone, this material allows for thinner walls and a larger internal lumen relative to its French size.

  • Anti-Clog Bolus: The tip is designed with a specific pill-shaped geometry to prevent slots or ridges from trapping solids or congealed formula, ensuring unimpeded flow.

  • Water-Activated Lubricant: The internal lumen and distal tip are coated with a lubricant that becomes highly slippery when wet, facilitating smoother insertion and easier stylet removal.
