Key Features
Deep-Reach Visibility: The 150 mm needle is treated with microscopic dimpling to enhance ultrasound reflection. This is critical at 6-inch depths, where ultrasound signals naturally weaken and needle-tip visualization becomes more challenging.
SPIROL® Catheter: Like other T-Bloc kits, this includes a stainless steel spring-coil reinforced catheter. This design is "kink-proof," ensuring that the infusion of local anesthetic remains consistent even if the catheter is compressed by deep tissue or patient movement.
Extended Catheter Length: At 36 inches (91 cm), the catheter provides the necessary length to travel through 6 inches of tissue and still have enough slack for securement and connection to a pump.
Tuohy Tip Design: The curved tip allows the catheter to exit at a slight angle, helping it to be positioned longitudinally alongside the nerve for maximum anesthetic coverage.
