The TB127T is a specialized procedural tray designed for Ultrasound-Guided continuous peripheral nerve blocks. The "127" refers to the 5-inch (127 mm) needle length, which is specifically engineered for deep nerve targets or procedures on larger/obese patients. The "T" suffix signifies that the needle is an Echogenic Tuohy (ultrasound visible) and is Non-Stimulating.

Deep Target Capability: The 127 mm (5") needle length is essential for reaching deep nerves such as the Sciatic nerve (via the transgluteal approach) or the Lumbar Plexus, where standard 4-inch needles may fall short.
Superior Ultrasound Visibility: The EchoLong* Tuohy needle is treated with microscopic dimpling along the shaft and tip. This echogenic surface ensures the needle remains highly visible under ultrasound even at the steep angles and significant depths required for these blocks.
Kink-Resistant SPIROL® Catheter: Includes a 20 GA x 24-inch spring-coiled catheter. The internal stainless steel coil prevents the catheter from kinking or collapsing under tissue pressure, ensuring a reliable multi-day infusion of local anesthetic.
Drug-Free Tray: This kit does not include local anesthetic (Lidocaine), providing clinicians the flexibility to use their own hospital-approved medications while reducing procedural waste.
Complete Ultrasound Prep: To support the deep-scanning requirements of these blocks, the tray includes a full sterile accessory kit, including a 48-inch probe cover, sterile gel, and a clear ultrasound drape.
Catheter Securement: Features the LockIT Plus® device, specifically designed to anchor the catheter to the skin to prevent migration, which is a common risk with deep blocks during patient mobilization.
