Description
The TBT03 series refers to Avanos’ comprehensive "all-in-one" procedural trays designed for the placement of continuous peripheral nerve blocks. The "03" designation indicates that these are Drug-Free Trays, meaning they contain all the sterile hardware and prep materials but do not include the Lidocaine ampule. These trays are preferred by facilities that have their own standardized medication protocols or wish to reduce the cost and waste of pre-packaged local anesthetics.

Drug-Free Efficiency: Provides all necessary procedural hardware and prep items in one sterile field, allowing clinicians to use their facility’s preferred local anesthetic for the skin wheal.
Dual-Modality (ST Models): "ST" versions include an insulated EchoLong* needle that is both echogenic (ultrasound visible) and stimulating (compatible with nerve stimulators) for dual-layer safety.
Ultrasound-Guided (T Models): "T" versions are optimized for ultrasound guidance with echogenic dimpling on the needle, but lack the stimulator wire for a more streamlined, wireless setup.
Kink-Proof SPIROL® Catheter: Every kit includes a 20 GA x 24-inch spring-coiled catheter with an internal stainless steel coil, ensuring uninterrupted delivery of medication from an ON-Q Pump*.
Advanced Securement: Includes the LockIT Plus® device and Benzoin adhesive enhancer to ensure the catheter remains in place for the duration of the multi-day infusion.
Complete Ultrasound Kit: Each tray is equipped with a probe cover, sterile gel, and a clear ultrasound drape to maintain a sterile field during imaging.
