SilverSoaker Antimicrobial Catheter:* The catheter is impregnated with silver to inhibit bacterial growth on the device surface. It utilizes a porous hollow-fiber membrane to ensure the local anesthetic diffuses evenly across the entire 5-inch segment, preventing "hot spots" of medication.
