The Avanos PS12504 is a high-flow infusion pump kit within the ON-Q Pain Relief System*. It is specifically designed to manage post-surgical pain by delivering a continuous, pre-set flow of local anesthetic to a large surgical site or nerve area.
The "125" in the model number refers to the 12.5 cm (5-inch) "soaker" length of the catheter, which is longer than standard models to provide wider medication distribution across a larger area.
