Features of the PhotoTherm CytoTherm D4 Model Dry Plasma Thawer:

Since the Plasma bags stay dry, there are no wet towels to promote bacterial growth.

Convenient loading--just lay the plasma bag down and close the lid.

Leak detection sensors sound an alarm and turn off agitation in case of a leak.

Separate compartments isolate leaks.

Air entering and leaving the units is filtered to prevent spreading contaminents and to help keep internal water clean. Cleaning is recommended only once every 3 months.
