Roche CoaguChek XS Pro System, often known as the CoaguChek XS Pro Care Meter Kit. This is a professional, point-of-care coagulation monitoring system designed for healthcare professionals to accurately and efficiently manage patients on oral anticoagulation therapy, such as warfarin.
Key Features
Accurate PT/INR Results: Provides precise Prothrombin Time (PT) and International Normalized Ratio (INR) results, which are crucial for monitoring coagulation and adjusting anticoagulant dosages. Results are typically available in about one minute.
Small Sample Volume: Requires only a tiny 8 µL sample of capillary or non-anticoagulated venous whole blood, making the testing process less invasive.

Heparin Neutralization: Designed to neutralize therapeutic levels of both unfractionated heparin (up to 0.8 U/mL) and low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) (up to 2 IU anti-Xa/mL), ensuring more accurate results even when these anticoagulants are present.
Flexible QC Options: Offers various quality control options, including onboard controls with every test strip and the ability to use optional liquid quality controls. This allows facilities to meet their internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. It also has QC and operator lockout capabilities.
User-Friendly Interface: Features a full graphical (TFT) user interface with an icon-driven touchscreen, making the testing process intuitive and easy to perform.
