Free shipping on orders above $99

We are pleased to offer free shipping within the continental United States, excluding items that exceed 40 lbs. or require freight delivery. This policy is designed to provide our valued customers with a convenient and cost-effective shipping solution for their purchases.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays. Additionally, the shipping times displayed during the checkout process are in addition to the delivery timelines mentioned on the individual item descriptions.

Temperature-sensitive item's that need separate refrigerated/frozen delivery. do not ship on Friday or to a PO Box. Free shipping excluded.

International orders Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred at customs for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Help, my item arrived damaged!

If you receive the item you ordered and it appears to have been damaged in transit (during shipment), please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Be sure to save the original packaging it was received in, as well as all packing material for carrier inspection. Occasionally, photographs of the damage may be requested.

Once you have contacted customer service, an investigation will be opened to determine if the damage took place before or during shipment of the item, and a replacement of the damaged item will be shipped to you at the earliest convenience.

Please do not return or refuse delivery of a damaged item without contacting Medex Supply first, as this may hinder replacement of or a refund for the item.
