Self-Righting "NeoSecure" Design: The cap is weighted and shaped so that when dropped or placed on a flat surface, it automatically stands upright (tip-up). This allows for a hands-free, aseptic connection where the clinician can pick up the cap using only the syringe tip, minimizing the risk of contamination.
Plugged Tip: Features a specialized internal plug that creates a leak-proof seal. This is critical for securing contents (medications or breast milk) during refrigeration, warming, or transport from the pharmacy to the bedside.
Legacy Orange Compatibility: This cap is designed specifically for Legacy (Non-ENFit) orange slip-tip syringes. It is not compatible with modern purple threaded ENFit syringes.
