Up until now, an armrest was an armrest. That's no longer true with the Patient Assist Armrests from UMF! Unlike competitors' power table armrests, the UMF Patient Assist Armrest rotates a full 360 degrees with the press of a button and can be locked into any position.
In their fully upright position, Patient Assist Armrests provide a comfortable and relaxed position in which patients can rest their arms.
In their fully lowered position, Patient Assist Armrests allow unrestricted access between the healthcare provider and the patient.
Rotated 90 degrees forward, Patient Assist Armrests serve as a stable foundation for patients with limited mobility while moving to and from the exam table. In the forward position, Patient Assist Armrests also simplify transfers to and from wheelchairs and walkers.
