Vergence Facility Prism with Magnetic Stick

The Vergence Prism quickly screens for binocular vision. Use to get the patient to cycle between the two prisms up to 15 cycles per minute. Use at 16 inches (40 cm) with 20/30 near point line. Prisms are 12D base out and 3D base in and 1.5 inch high (38 mm). Comes either mounted on a stainless stick holder or loose.

The Vergence Prism is available in 3 different versions: Mounted to a stainless steel holder, Unmounted loose, Magnetic which allows the prism to be used as either mounted or loose
