      The Briggs Plastibell device is a simple, sterile, dependable newborn circumcision device, available in a variety of sizes. In experienced hands, it produces consistently good cosmetic outcomes. I found the cost of a box of 25 Plastibells unexpectedly high for such a disposable device.
