Description

60 cm Length (24 inches): An intermediate length ideal for patients where a 40 cm tube is too short but a 90 cm tube provides excessive "dead space" or external slack.
Polyurethane Material: Provides a firm profile for controlled insertion that softens at body temperature (thermal softening) for increased patient comfort. Validated for an indwell time of up to 30 days.
Legacy "EO" Hub: Features the orange NeoMed* connector. It is designed specifically for enteral use but uses a legacy slip-style connection. It requires a transition adapter to connect to newer purple ENFit® syringes.
Anti-Colonization Design:
- Open Distal Tip: Features a rounded, open end with three precision-drilled side ports (not cut). This smooth design helps eliminate sharp edges and hidden cavities where bacteria can hide.
- Aseptic Hub & Plug: The hub is "bottomless," lacking internal floors that could trap breast milk or formula and foster bacterial growth.
Radiopaque Visibility: A semi-encapsulated orange stripe runs the entire length of the tube for clear X-ray verification of placement.
Centimeter Markings: Bold markings allow clinicians to accurately measure depth during insertion and monitor for any subsequent tube migration.
