Features of the Sammons Preston Rolyan Gauntlet Thumb Spica Splint:

Designed to immobilize the thumb MCP joint, to treat arthritis or tenosynovitis. Pre-cuts Plus versions have a perforation pattern for increased air circulation under the splint, resulting in more wearing comfort. Solid edges to facilitate edge-finishing. To determine size, measure across the dorsal surface of the MCP joints including the soft tissue. Invert the pre-cut form for right or left hand application.
