It easily adjusts to five different carrying modes including back pack, over the shoulder horizontal and vertical, briefcase and fanny pack.  Bellhop is a one-size carrier that will accommodate cylinder sizes M2, M4 (A), M6 (B), ML6, ML7 & M9 (C).
